The Space was designed for it: a flexible workshop space in Amsterdam for 20 to 150 people, easy to rearrange between plenary rounds, breakout work and presentations. For smaller or more informal sessions, rooms like The Suite and The Apartment offer the same flexibility on a more intimate scale.
Set up for interaction
Every workshop format asks something different from the room. Standing work at flip charts, small tables for group assignments, a circle for the closing conversation. We arrange the layout around your programme and change it during breaks when the next block needs something else.
Technology supports the interaction instead of interrupting it. High-speed WiFi, projection and professional audio are ready to go, so sharing work, showing examples and the plenary wrap-up all run smoothly.
Support from preparation to execution
Before your workshop, we go through the programme together: the layout per block, the materials, the catering moments. One dedicated contact confirms every detail in advance, so the facilitator can put all their attention on the group.
During the session, our team stays on hand in the background. Coffee is refreshed, rooms are reset and practical questions are answered before they reach you. The energy stays in the room, where it belongs.
