The Conference offers 1,500 m² of daylight, fresh air and naturally flowing spaces under one roof: a plenary hall for up to 300 guests, multiple breakout rooms and an indoor patio for the moments in between. Keynotes, breakout sessions and networking follow each other without friction. Whether you are hosting 50 or 400 guests, we will shape the layout around your programme.
One experienced team, from first briefing to final keynote
When you are welcoming guests from around the world, every detail matters. That is why you work with one dedicated team from the very first conversation. Together we plan the programme flow, the room layouts, the routing and the reception, so that everything is settled well before your guests arrive.
On the day itself, our team directs the event on location. Speakers are briefed, technology is tested and transitions between sessions run on time. You focus on your content and your keynotes. We take care of the rest.

Chemistry rarely happens on a tight schedule. It happens over coffee, during lunch and in the conversations between sessions. Our local chefs prepare fresh, seasonal menus, served at exactly the right moments to keep energy high and conversations flowing.
