We are reachable by phone on weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Event times are fully tailored to your needs, so it is also possible to organize your event outside office hours.

Yes, there is a possibility for registration. If you rent the Conference exclusively, you can use the lobby, where the wooden tables are ideal for this purpose. If you haven’t booked the entire building, the lobby is a shared space. In that case, you can also organize registration in your own rented room(s). If in the end no other companies are present in the building, you are of course welcome to use the lobby for registration.

We have several reliable contacts for branding, styling, and event production, and we’re happy to advise you on these. The overall organization remains in your hands, but we’re glad to collaborate and help make it a success.

Yes, our rooms are suitable for confidential meetings. All rooms can be locked for complete privacy, allowing you to share sensitive information securely, even if you haven’t booked the entire building. Please always indicate when booking if it’s a confidential meeting, so we can accommodate your needs accordingly. If you prefer to rent the entire Conference space exclusively, that option is also available. In that case, no other companies will be present in the building.

In addition to our standard catering, which includes coffee, tea, water, soft drinks throughout the day, homemade snacks, and a vegetarian lunch, we offer a variety of delicious extras. Think of a sweet welcome with fresh croissants or cinnamon rolls, a light breakfast, or a drink with a snack to end the day.

Branding in your own corporate style is definitely possible, and we completely understand that you want this.
Think of window stickers, banners, back walls, or even LED screens displaying your program. The registration desk and bar can also be decorated. It is important that we are always informed of your plans in advance so we can provide the best advice.
